Smokey quartz is a variety of quartz that has taken on a grey or brown hue because of aluminum inclusions that have been irradiated during formation.

Smokey quartz is known as a highly protective stone, dispelling negative energy and relieving tension and anger.

Measure snugly around your wrist with a flexible measuring tape, or use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler. Add about 1/2 inch for a snug fit or about 1 inch if you’d like a looser fit.
