Processing Time

We strive to ship Things the business day (Monday to Thursday) after you order. Unfortunately, life is like moldavite. Seasonal craziness, random large orders, or personal foibles sometimes keep us from packing your Things as quickly as we'd like. We're doing our best and are super excited to get your crystals to their new home.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders that total $150 or more, excluding discounts and taxes. Delivery time generally ranges from 2 - 5 days once the package is in the mail.

For orders under $150, at checkout you should have the option of using Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. The system will provide a range of options for the cheapest price for varying delivery speeds.

Shipping Outside Canada

The world is a bit of a mess right now, but we've made the commitment to ship our Things far and wide. There will undoubtedly be longer shipping times, extra paperwork, and duties and tariffs may apply that are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser. That being said, let's work together to get some beautiful crystals to you!

You should have the option of shipping with Canada Post or Purolator. The system will provide a range of options for the cheapest price for varying delivery speeds.

Tracking and Insurance on Shipping

At checkout, you should have the option of using Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. We provide tracking numbers for your package, but once the delivery folk get the package we can't guarantee how long delivery will take. We can't issue refunds on late or missing packages, but there's generally some insurance provided by the carrier service. If the delivery service brings your package back because the address or shipping information is incorrect, we unfortunately have to charge you to ship it a second time. The entire shipping process is out of our hands.

Free Local Pickup or Delivery

Local orders have the option of free delivery or pickup at checkout. Contact us to make arrangements.

Open Boxes

At checkout, you will have the Open Box shipping option. Basically, we'll hold several orders for you and ship them all together. More details here.

Nature's Perfect Imperfections

Brynne Things are Things of nature. Crystals and shells and organic products will vary a lot, it's just the way they are. They'll have the blemishes and imperfections that make them unique and wonderful. We can't accept returns or exchanges based on that.

Technology's Not-So-Perfect Imperfections

We try very hard to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of our Things; however, every device will show colours differently, with varying contrast and saturation. We can't accept returns or exchanges if the color isn't exactly what you expected. Likewise, measurements are approximate, in the way one expects when one is measuring oddly shaped rocks.

A Word on Metaphysical Properties

You must always take metaphysical claims with a grain of halite. Crystals and minerals can help focus the way you think and change the way you feel but they're not direct solutions to real world problems. Crystals don't replace professional medical or psychological advice. Claims about outcomes and effects are not guaranteed.

Refunds and Exchanges
