Shipping
At checkout, you should have the option of using Canada Post or UPS. We provide tracking numbers for your package, but once the delivery folk get the package we can't guarantee how long delivery will take. We can't issue refunds on late or missing packages, but there's generally some insurance provided by the carrier service. If the delivery service brings your package back because the address or shipping information is incorrect, we unfortunately have to charge you to ship it a second time. The entire shipping process is out of our hands.
