Unakite is a form of granite that was transformed by super-heated liquids. It is composed of orange orthoclase feldspar, green epidot, and quartz.

Unakite is said to be a rock of resilience that can support us in overcoming difficulties and encouraging patience and persistence. Unakite is believed to help us let go of self-sabotaging behaviours and acknowledge our present feelings, allowing us to learn from our past.
