Quartz is the world’s second most abundant mineral and occurs in a vast array of forms. Clear quartz tends to form in large, regular crystals visible to the eye and translucent to light. Inclusions and fractures inside a crystal can cause light diffraction in the form of visible rainbows.

Clear quartz is said to be the master healer, and an amplifier of the energy of other crystals. It can bring clarity and cleansing.

Sizing: Measure snugly around your wrist with a flexible measuring tape, or use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler. Add about 1/2 inch for a snug fit or about 1 inch if you’d like a looser fit.
