Carnelian Tower 85g

This carnelian tower is pretty yet understated. Red and white banding and a large white stripe of quartz settle quietly into deep red-brown carnelian.  

Carnelian is a red to brown to almost black variety of chalcedony, which is quartz whose crystal formations are too small to be seen by the naked eye. Its red colouration comes from included iron oxide and it may also include areas of white or clear quartz.

Carnelian is a stone of fire and life. It is reported to boost courage and creativity. Carnelian is thought to bring good energy to get things done, and dispel the negative energies that hold us back.
